She previously worked for 15 years as a real-estate investor and a Personal Banker at her own companies and a large regional bank. A graduate of University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Shelby holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in several states, including Virginia.
