The entire crew was incredibly courteous and professional. I was specifically looking for an EV that, unfortunately, they didn’t have in stock at the moment, so I ended up purchasing from a competitor. However, the way they handled the news was a masterclass in business ethics. The representative I spoke with on the phone was so genuine—he congratulated me on my new purchase with zero resentment or 'salesy' attitude. He even took the time to thank me when I complimented him on how great his team is. This is exactly how business should be done! If you want to avoid the big, brand-name dealerships that often feel like they’re just trying to scam you, give DriveTime a chance. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them. Even though I didn't buy my car there this time, their integrity earned my total respect. Highly recommended!
