Started in 2005 as a wholesale bakery, they now serve a loyal customer base from multiple locations: in Downtown Bellevue, Crossroads Bellevue and Downtown Redmond. This bakery is such a great find! The pastries are excellent, especially the chocolate almond, which has quickly become our favorite. They also offer a wide variety of croissant flavors, all beautifully made. We tried the eclair as well, and it was delicious. I ordered a chai tea latte, which was yummy, though a bit on the sweeter side. The shop itself can feel a little chilly since the doors open into the shared plaza, but it’s still a convenient and welcoming spot with plenty of parking.
