Reviews

Very nice top-end steakhouse with a really lovely selection of steaks. As opposed to many American steak houses that char their crust until it is black, John Howie uses a slightly lower temperature for its preparation which guarantees a more deeper brown taste (less hard char ;-). I tried the American Wagyu which was a perfect combination of the silky Wagyu taste with a deep beef flavors. The addition of three different types of salt was also a nice touch to calibrate the experience to your own taste. Wonderful steak. And then I have not even mentioned the very flavorful and perfectly prepared onion soup which was a perfectly prepared combination of caramelized onions and cheesy topping.
