El Rinconsito In 1997 Lupe Guzmán, owner of a prosperous Lunch Truck asked Abel Brambila to join him in his effort to bring traditional Mexican food to the Kent, Washington area. The following years due the public’s acceptance and popularity, they opened up a location in Burien, where from the beginning the idea of having delicious food, at a good price and served at fast and friendly pace was a hit in the community.
