He even added on additional supplies showing me the different mattress protective pads for my new mattress that I purchased. He has excellent customer service skills when it was a positive experience. Thank you so much. I can add photos after delivery! I had them leave it standing up because I'm getting the carpets cleaned so to me they installed it!
