The hotel itself is perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and has all the basics you need for a decent stay. However, meeting Pedro at the bar is what truly elevated my experience and made the whole trip 1,000 times better. Pedro is a master of his craft and the gold standard of hospitality. His customer service is absolutely top-tier; he made me feel like a regular from the moment I sat down, engaging in great conversation and anticipating exactly what I needed without being intrusive. As for the drinks? They are phenomenal. You can tell he has incredible technique, as every cocktail was perfectly balanced, ice-cold, and tasted leagues better than anything you'd expect from a standard hotel lounge. If you happen to stay at this property, skip room service and head straight to the bar. Ask for Pedro—he is an absolute asset to this venue!
