Serious Pie started with a simple idea: take pizza seriously — but never themselves. They top their wood-fired pizzas with the best ingredients they can find — local produce, farm-fresh cheeses, and house-cured meats — then slide them into their wood-fired ovens until they’re perfectly charred and bubbling.

I stopped by during happy hour and got their special deal — half a pizza for $8 (I chose the mushroom) and a simple reddish salad. Everything was delicious! The salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the pizza… wow! It had chanterelle mushrooms and a touch of truffle oil — absolutely fantastic. I later learned that most of their ingredients come from local farms, which explains why it all tasted so good. Highly recommend! 🍕✨
