I have only good things to say about this urgent care. The staff is very friendly, new and clean facilities, they are always willing to help you in everything they can and solve everything in a timely manner. It seems that everyone enjoys working here because they always give you their best face. Doctors are patient, attentive and take the time to listen to you. I have visited this urgent care for the last 5 years and a few months ago I moved to a neighboring city and I keep coming back to Pomona because of how comfortable they make me feel. I always take my two daughters and they treat them amazingly, so I can say that it is a 100% kid friendly place. Thank you to the girl who helped me control my sick daughter by making her a doll with a mask and gloves, you really saved my life that day. I’m not good with names but thank you guys for taking care of us in our worst moments🫶.
