Very professional. Setting the appointment online or via phone was very convenient. Gave me a military discount and our carpets in our bedrooms look amazing. Having animals tends to track dirt in the carpets and leads to stains especially when animals have accidents. No issues with getting stains up off the carpet and they’re so clean they bring the bedrooms back to life. I highly recommend. They don’t shove extra fees into your payment and update you when they’re on their way and who the carpet cleaner will be. It took less than a hour for 3 rooms. 2 same size bedrooms and 1 master bedroom and they look beautiful. I appreciate the updates via text informing me that they were on their way and when to expect them.
