I’ve always had a hard time with my mental health it’s been so hard recently and I just felt like there was nothing that could help me. I found this program to help keep me at ease and help me with my problems. I’ve never tried anything like this and felt a little nervous about the idea at first glance. Thank god I came here, everyone here is so nice and supportive. They’re all super welcoming and loving people. It’s been such a blessing having a place like this where I am not only being listened to, i’m also being understood and supported by people of similar experiences. Rather it be the same or something entirely different, they all still try to make one another feel comfortable and safe. I feel so understood and comfortable here I don’t mind taking about what bothers me or what makes me feel some sort of way. It’s such a huge difference talking to people who share experiences opposed to someone who can only offer advice.
