George Garza is the real deal! After I had a cut sprinkler pipe when fiber optic cable was installed, I went to the City of Copperas Cove with my complaint late Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday, George was at my door immediately to assess the damage. By 12:30 PM the very next day, he and his crew were already on-site for the repair. They were incredibly thorough, digging up the entire area around three sprinkler heads just to ensure every possible issue was addressed, even though only one section was cut. To top it off, George gave me the choice between St. Augustine or Bermuda to repair the lawn. I went with St. Augustine, and by 4:00 PM today, they were back installing fresh pallets of grass! They cleaned up the workspace perfectly and even made sure the new sod was watered before they left. Exceptional service, fast turnaround, and total professionalism.
