I had a great experience for my first sleep study. It turns out I stopped breathing 64 times in an hour. The nurses were really nice. The place was clean. It was an easy process. Not at all what I was thinking it would be like. I go back again tonight to try it again WITH a CPAP mask so we'll see if thr experience is the same.
