Sorrento's Their story began in the early 70s, when a Greek immigrant purchased a pizza oven in Chicago, loaded it into his truck, and drove the Alcan Highway all the way to Alaska to open a restaurant. What started as a small dream grew into a community favorite, built on authentic recipes, warm hospitality, and a family-run spirit. Today, ownership has passed to his son and daughter-in-law, who proudly continue the tradition of serving many of the original recipes while keeping the restaurant's intimate, welcoming atmosphere.
