This company kept in touch and Dunrite (competitor) took over my old Canards service and is too big I guess to give personal service. I’ve been looking to change my AC service company and have found one I trust extremely well. I had an extremely good service comfort technician Steve B who did an excellent job on keeping me updated on arrival time, Hr is intelligent, explained everything I had questions on, gave me photos operational numbers and explained how the system worked. Steve should be promoted in my most humble opinion. I am quite certain as long as Steve works at A1. I will be calling and requesting him for service and should that they come new system eventually that they will come.
