I joined lifetime last year and absolutely love it! I recently did personal training with Brittany at the Roseville location and I can’t recommend her enough. She helped me with my nutrition plan and gave me the tools I needed to do her workouts on my own and stick to a plan which has helped me in so many ways. She showed me how to use machines I didn’t know how to use before which was a huge deal for me and my confidence. If you’re looking for a great PT you will not regret going with Brittany!! She is seriously the BEST!! I always look forward to my sessions with her.
