Excellent location! Near the train that runs down to the Keybank Center, walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Valet parking is an absolute rip off but there's a parking garage across the street that is very reasonable for overnight parking and there are security cameras in there. Asked for a King bed but got 2 queens and one of the beds was SO squeaky you couldn't even sit on it. Very friendly staff. Very welcoming and pet friendly. 2 great places to eat on premise too! Great view from the pool on thr 11th floor- pretty small pool but it was nice.
