This place is amazing! The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable. Mona and Shay both are wonderful. I started pain management 15yrs ago and without knowing anything about what these medications can do to me, I was loaded up on meds. So many meds. 15yrs later, I lost my insurance and the same pain drs office who pretended to actually care about my quality of life, turned their backs on me. Didn’t care how sick I got. Wouldn’t even give me two weeks to get new insurance. I couldn’t be that sick obviously and I couldn’t risk losing my job so I went to Baart seeking help and not only did they help, they made me feel safe and comfortable. Gave me all the information needed and let me talk and ask questions without rushing me. They really truly care. I even received a phone call checking on me. I see all the good they do and am so thankful this place exist.
