Rachael Richards began her real estate career in 2005 and immediately set the bar by winning, “Rookie of the Year.” Since then, she has continued to increase her position among top producers and is currently ranked in the top 1% for sales production. Rachael’s mother, a 30-year veteran in the real estate business, played a large role in her early success and still serves as a member of Rachael’s team. Rachael’s father, a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, instilled responsibility and accountability early in her life, to which she attributes her impeccable work ethic and drive.
