Joe is fabulous. My mom was a music teacher her entire career and exposed to huge amounts of noise, which led to pretty massive hearing loss in her senior years. We had gone to Costco a few years back for hearing aids, thinking that would solve the problem. Well, I wish we had gone to Joe first. After a thorough hearing test at Octave and new hearing aids, she's hearing sounds she hasn't heard in years like birds chirping, the wind and the microwave. She's also able to understand conversations and take a phone call without missing a beat. My siblings and I are thankful for Joe because it had gotten pretty frustrating for her and us to not be able to communicate well. Not only was Joe a pro with technology, he's also kind, empathetic and a good listener. 5 stars!
