My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience touring Lux at Mckinney! From the second we walked into the leasing office, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and highly professional. Kaitlyn is incredible. She was genuinely friendly, incredibly patient, and answered all of my detailed questions about utilities, parking, and community policies without hesitation. Instead of a high-pressure sales pitch, it felt like they truly cared about helping me find the perfect home. The property itself is stunning. The model unit and available homes were immaculate, modern, and looked exactly like the photos online. I was especially impressed by how well-maintained the amenities were, from the fitness center to the pool and resident lounge. Finding a new apartment can be stressful, but this tour completely set my mind at ease.
