Customer service with FD staff was great (day/evening/&night shift). Barista bartenders were great. Room AC worked well, pool was nice (could have been cleaned-I tried to do what I could with the pool net while the kids swam at night, but I know it was a full house and there had been big storms) I did have to work a lot during the day with conference calls; the “business center” is in the middle of the lobby, open to all noise, impossible to have any type of conversation on the phone/computer. I eventually found a quiet corner far away in the conference center that worked bc there were no conf happening that day. (Luckily! Otherwise…not sure what I would have done with kids in my room). Would recommend and stay again.
