We had extreme trouble with the insurance network trying to get the occupational and physical therapy approved extended visits . The visits were extended from the primary but it took a minimum of 10 plus phone calls to get the required paperwork submitted . Talia and Jessica at the front office at Total Care in Highland went above and beyond with assisting us. This involved numerous re-faxing and follow up phone calls .
