Pina Pizza House is a family-owned Italian restaurant in Downey that has been part of the community for more than six decades. Founded by Pina and John Persico, the restaurant began as a small neighborhood pizza shop in April 1959 and grew into a beloved local establishment while remaining under Persico family ownership. The restaurant has preserved the original family recipes and values established by Pina Persico, with later generations continuing the family legacy.
