A great experience. I only know his first name but Antonio was remarkable. Takes his time to explain and show us how to use our hearing equipment. We aren’t youngsters so he looks at us as he communicates. Bet king and thoughtful. The staff is fun and remember you. Also very organized. Glad we went and will recommend to friends and strangers!!!
