Dr Nicholas Faillace was very informative and patient with our questions. I brought my mother here to explore getting new hearing aids. Dr Nicholas fallaci was very thorough. He cares about the quality of hearing. The last place we dealt with we're nice but not as thorough explaining to my mother how her brain needs to adjust to the new sounds and perceived loudness of the new hearing aids and explained how to properly wear them using a chart of the ear canal. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend.
