Rescate Coffee is a locally owned coffee roastery and café in Elk Grove, founded by Anthony and Ladd Casillas in January 2016. The business grew from the founders’ backgrounds in coffee, hospitality, and baking, bringing together their shared passion for quality coffee and handcrafted food. The name “Rescate,” meaning “rescue” in Spanish, reflects the founders’ connection to animal rescue and their desire to create a welcoming community space.

Needed Coffee while in the area. Saw the Zoot Suit and knew I needed it. The Snickerdoodle is also really tasty. My son said the Matcha was very good as well. Our cashier was a cool dude who helped us a lot with the choices.
