From the very first call I made James and the rest of the team at Wish Recovery did everything they could to make me feel welcome, safe, respected, and cared for. I had reached out to Wish after being assaulted by a staff member at another program ( not affiliated with Wish) within 20 minutes of my call James had sent a uber to pick me up. Then between James and Fran they made sure my medications and the rest of my property were picked up. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience and my concerns were addressed without hesitation. All of the documentation needed to support my leave from work was completed promptly and sent to the necessary departments. The therapists are amazing and the center is beautiful, clean, and staffed with courteous professionals. My house manager Matt is caring and respectful. The sober living house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. I have truly felt welcome from the very beginning.
