About Midland College Cogde

The Cogdell Learning Center is a hub in South Midland for English as a Second Language (ESL), U.S. citizenship and GED® preparatory classes. It is also an outreach center for people who live and work in southeast Midland to find out more about Midland College programs and college admission. Whether a student's goal is to read better, get their GED, learn English, or earn a certificate or degree from Midland College, Cogdell can help them get started! They offer FREE ESL classes that provide students with the opportunity to improve their speaking, reading, writing, and listening English language skills.
