In January this year I injured my right knee to the point where it would randomly lock up or I wouldn’t be able to bear weight on it for short bursts of time. I found NCWST because they took my insurance and were in-network! Michelle and Kathi took care of all the paperwork so that it was easy for me to focus on my treatments and start getting care. My DPT was Kody and after he did his assessment, he got me on a strength and stability plan. The frequency of how often I saw him was in perfect timing with how often I worked out at home. The app also helped a lot because I was able to send notes after each exercise/movement to let Kody know how my knee reacted, if at all. Kody would then take the notes into consideration in my next in-session plan. It was really useful because it can be easy to forget all these small details after the home workout is done. My main concern was returning to running and so once my strength was built Kody provided me with a return to running program I could focus on. About 2 months later, I can run pain free and my knee feels so much better! I would recommend NCWST to any of my friends.
