Known this place when they opened decades ago but only been here couple time til now. It was packed with students since it nearby schools. Came after lunch time and it quite but still have foot traffic. The place is clean, spacious and good vibe. Parking is good but can be hectic during weekends or holidays. Great service by staff, very nice and friendly. Quick turnaround. Easy menu and very clean and well organized front desk. They do have counter seating and plenty of tables/chairs for works or doing homework, which there are some. Light, simple decor but work well for the place. With light music as background that suite well with the flow. Drinks are good and consistently throughout their shops. Very impressed.
