Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi is a U.S. Navy veteran-owned Vietnamese food company founded from a passion for sharing the vibrant flavors of Vietnam with the community. The story began in 2018 in a small former Taco Bell location in Little Saigon, where the founders set out to make bánh mì a beloved American family food. The project officially launched later that year and has since developed into a growing Southern California and Nevada brand. Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi has expanded its presence beyond its original beginnings, establishing multiple locations across Southern California and Nevada. The company continues to emphasize its Vietnamese heritage, community connection, and commitment to creating flavorful bánh mì experiences. Its growing presence reflects the popularity of its distinctive take on Vietnamese sandwiches and its ambition to introduce these flavors to an increasingly broad audience.
