Fa-Sai Thai & Dessert Bar is a family-owned Thai restaurant founded by Nikki, Tee, and Bee. The founders had been working in well-known Thai restaurants throughout Southern California since 2004 before establishing Fa-Sai Thai in 2009. Their experience in Thai cuisine shaped the restaurant's identity and commitment to authentic, home-cooked flavors. Since opening in 2009, Fa-Sai Thai has developed a loyal following among diners in Orange County and beyond. The family-owned character of the restaurant, combined with its emphasis on authentic Thai food and welcoming hospitality, has helped establish it as a recognizable part of the local dining community.
