Earlier this year my fiance and I decided to finally make a move out of our apartment and own a property. When multiple offers were being made in the competitive market, Frank used his amazing negotiation skills to convince the sellers/their realtor that we wanted the home more than anyone else in the market, and was able to land the deal with them from the offer we presented. Frank not only gave us a new home but he was able to provide resources during and after escrow. These resources included a contractor for home renovation!
