About The Light Committee
The Light Committee is a professional photography studio led by photographer and owner Rafael. The studio grew from Rafael’s long-standing passion for photography and his earlier career in public relations and marketing. His photography work expanded from product photography into professional portraits and eventually developed into The Light Committee. The studio has extensive experience photographing actors, business professionals, models, and other individuals. Rafael states that he has worked in photography for more than 20 years, with thousands of people photographed over the course of his career. The studio emphasizes high-quality imagery, professional equipment, carefully controlled lighting, and natural-looking post-production.

100/5 Stars. Rafael was very professional, organized and knowledgeable. We had a difficult time scheduling because we were planning for 2 sessions simultaneously and Rafael was quick to help us even though he was also busy with back to back sessions that day of communication. All important preparatory information was given before the appointment. He was able to accommodate our team and the pictures turned out great. For anyone who may not know exactly what you're looking for in headshots, Rafael is a pro and his expertise made it an easy and painless session-fun even. :) We were eve able to book hair and make up through The Light Committee which made it easier than having to search on our own. Elle was our make up and hair technician. She was communicative and accommodating to our schedule. She was on time, did beautiful make up and hair, and was also attentive during the photo shoot to support when needed by reapplying make up and fixing hair. Thank you Rafael and Elle! We'll definitely be back and recommend you both highly to all of our contacts.
