I'll be real — I was a little skeptical at first. We're a hookah production brand out of Los Angeles and I've worked with a few agencies before that overpromised and underdelivered. Braibox was different. They actually took the time to understand what Elite Embers is about before touching anything design-related. The website they built for us feels like us — the aesthetic, the flow, everything.
