Los Carnalitos Restaurant is a family-owned Mexican restaurant founded by brothers Luis and Alfredo Santos, originally from the State of Mexico. The business began on May 1, 2015, when the brothers launched a mobile restaurant in Redwood City, California, with the goal of sharing the traditional flavors and culinary heritage of Mexico City with the Bay Area. The restaurant's culinary identity is rooted in recipes inherited from the brothers' mother and in the traditional food culture of Mexico City. Its menu reflects this heritage through dishes prepared with handmade tortillas and distinctive regional ingredients, giving the restaurant a character that stands apart from more conventional Mexican restaurants.

Sweet lord, I need to stop coming here so often. Everything I’ve had is absolutely delicious. Absolutely the closest thing I’ve had outside of Mexico City to food from CDMX. The Tlacoyos, Huaraches, Quesadillas have been phenomenal.
