Pasadena Auto Service was such a pleasant experience for me. From the initial phone call to the upfront service from Da Boss Lady, the customer service was very welcoming. They were understanding of my situation and worked with me in order to get my a/c fixed in this hot hot Houston heat. I am taking my car back to get my transmission repaired very soon because again, customer service and feeling heard is very important to me, even when it’s for car repairs. I have already told 3 people about this wonderful establishment and they will also go get their car serviced there as well very soon. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. And they have such a cutie lil puppy that was in the shop, so that was an added bonus!🩷
