I left a previous review which was not favorable. Since then my review has changed. The manager spoke to me and addressed all my concerns personally. She took me on a tour of the lounging area on the 8th floor and was very professional and understood my complaints. The Maritime lounge area is very satisfying. From table games like ping pong and foozeball to a big screen and comfortable couches it is a must see for your extended stay. She is very compassionate and understanding of the issue and fixed it quickly. She is 100% dependable and will strive to have your stay here at the quality inn very enjoyable. I appreciate her very much. The next time you are considering places to stay look up the Quality Inn Pasadena location!
