Puesto Los Olivos is a family-owned Mexican restaurant brand founded by first-generation Mexican Americans, Eric Adler and the Lombrozo brothers. The concept was born from their connection to Mexican culinary traditions, family recipes, and the energy of Mexico City, combined with a Southern California perspective. The restaurant’s culinary identity centers on modern Mexican flavors, organic non-GMO blue-corn tortillas made in-house, seasonal ingredients, handmade salsas, and creative interpretations of traditional dishes. Its food philosophy blends Mexican heritage with contemporary culinary ideas and carefully sourced ingredients.

We had an amazing experience at Puesto Los Olivos! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, stylish, and welcoming - a perfect mix of modern and upscale Mexican vibes. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious. The tacos, especially with their fresh handmade blue corn tortillas, were full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The margaritas were also excellent and perfectly crafted. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for elevated Mexican cuisine in Irvine! 🌮🍹
