Staff is great, attentive, friendly, frontlines. All very kind. They listen and take all your concerns seriously. Once my child got sick and puked and staff came quickly not just to help clean the mess but to offer support and assistance for my child. On this occasion they gave me a shirt they had available for my child. The environment has wide variety of activities for learning, fun, dancing, and to keep your kids minds engaged. Always have a good time. Also affordable passes and snack area. My kids are autistic, high energy, and thus far 2025,2026 very welcoming place. I recommend buying an annual membership.
