Maribel’s Cafe & Bakery is a family-owned bakery and café with deep roots in Lancaster, California. Founded by Maribel Parada, the business began as a small family venture and became known for its combination of traditional baked goods and Mexican and Salvadoran culinary traditions. The restaurant has been part of the Lancaster community since 1993, when Maribel first opened the original location. Over the years, the Parada family expanded the business, with Maribel’s son Nick Parada later taking over the family operation and helping continue its growth and legacy.
