My husband and I found the Nesting Spot through our Midwifery office and we attended a couple prenatal classes to get more info and some tips for getting through labor and what to expect. We both found it really helpful, especially my husband, and even confidence boosting. After having baby, I found myself postpartum in desperate need of more of a community and found their "New Mom's group". Its been a couple months since attending postpartum I can't tell you how much I needed that group, which has now turned into mom's I can reach out to that are going through the same things. I've also gone to the parent/baby yoga classes and even if I dont do much yoga, it still feels good to go and be around other parents and babies. All in all, im so happy I found this place, my nesting spot away from home.
