About Bennett Valley Golf Course
Bennett Valley Golf Course (BVGC) opened in 1969 and is located at the base of Bennett Peak, where Matanzas Creek meanders throughout the tree-lined course. Native oak, redwood and pine trees enhance the course’s beauty and create a classic, natural setting. The par 72, 6,500 yard course (from the tips) is considered one of best maintained in the area. While visiting from out of town we grabbed an early morning round at Bennett Valley Golf Course. Being from Florida we loved the change of pace this track provided. Great mix of challenge and forgiveness. The staff was super friendly, pace of play was quick but not rushed, the greens were challenging and rolling quick and the natural wildlife was crazy plentiful and always willing to hang around and say hi. Kudos Bennett Valley, it was a great showing!
