Had cocktails with a friend while strolling downtown during a world Cup match and was pleasantly surprised by the specials running at the time. Not only was it happy hour, but they had two specials they were offering during the WC matches. A beer and a choice of 4 different meals for $12.95. Haven't seen those kind of prices, at a nice place like this, in a long time. We sat out on the patio to enjoy people watching to and from Union Station. Very pleasant.
