Bay Property Management Group began in Baltimore in August 2009, when founder Patrick Freeze started the company from his family’s basement. A Baltimore native and Dickinson College graduate, Patrick built BMG around a straightforward idea: rental property ownership should be profitable without consuming an owner’s time or creating constant stress. BMG initially focused on managing single-family rental homes in the Baltimore area. As the company’s team, systems, and experience grew, its service area expanded throughout Maryland and into Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
