I am a Hilton Honors member and my stay was excellent. Staff was friendly and courteous. Shay, in particular, checked me in and called me by name each time she saw me throughout my 4 day stay. My room was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast had a variety of food and drink. Definitely worth staying here and kudos to your employee Shay!
