I called and received an appointment quickly to address my relatively challenging color correction request (blending old totally washed out dark red with my natural color while keeping my greys, not an easy task). Arielle was excellent and worked her creative magic, she gave me personalized attention to help explain the color process which put me at ease. I am SO happy with the result - I LOVE my hair again.
