What an amazing hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant was tasty and did superb room service. The art gallery was nice and it was pleasant having art in our room. The bathroom was top notch with a high pressure shower and soft fragrant soap. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. The hotel is also a quick drive to the Children's Museum. Findlay Market or neighboring Mason, where you can visit Kings Island. Perhaps the only downside was they only do valet service for cars, but they were quick to retrieve the car once asked. I definitely recommend this hotel to others if they are in the area.
