First time to Columbus and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in the Arena district and that it is attached to the convention center makes it perfect for events (we were just on vacation). Parking is either valet, or you can park in the secure parking structure across the street and use the skywalk to access the hotel, although it is quite a walk! We were able to walk around easily, and getting to the Short North Arts district, German Village, etc... were a breeze. The staff were top notch in their friendly service and helpfulness throughout our stay. Nice room they upgraded us to as it was our anniversary. THANK YOU! The room itself was large, clean and very comfortable bed.
